We’re driving innovations that produce
better systems for better work.
We envision a just economy in Cuyahoga County, where all people in our community can thrive in their careers, employers have talent for their quality jobs and race does not impact economic success.
The Cuyahoga County Workforce Funders Group is a coalition of public, private and philanthropic funders co-investing in workforce development systems change in Cuyahoga County (Greater Cleveland). Since 2018, the CCWFG has served as a hub for funders and partners to elevate, incubate and advocate for solutions that help the workforce ecosystem generate and sustain change for the better.
To date*, our portfolio has catalyzed training and job placements for thousands of workers, most of whom are Black or Latine.
